The story around this painting is simple,,,Shafi the owner of Moti Raj (who is great friend of papion) asked papion to paint something for the restaurant.
It had to be the right colours
It had to be with food or drink.
And above all ,,,,,it had to be different !!
Vine Wine ,,was born……..
Shafi loved it..
Vine wine is oils on canvas and is now hanging in one of the finest Indian restaurants in Sunderland ( Moti Raj ) Church St “opposite the Empire Theatre”
